Strengthening Sales Communications Skills

Programme Objective:

To develop individual face to face / telephone sales communications skills

Programme Learning Outcomes:

  • I can identify and deliver the most appropriate communication style for a given customer.
  • I can identify from a video based skill practice the areas of my communication and sales techniques that might be improved.
  • I implement a plan for bringing about improvements to my communication and sales techniques with assistance from my manager.
